Heather Nauert
Heather Ann Nauert, born on January 27, 1970 is an American journalist for the broadcast media who was previously an official of the government. She served as the Spokesperson of the United States Department of State during the Donald Trump administration (2017 to 2019). She was a senior associate at the Hudson Institute. It is an think tank for conservatives.
Before her post at the Department of State she was a Fox News correspondent and news presenter. She also served as the Acting Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs in the Trump administration from March until October 2018. Nauert was also named to the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board in 2019 by President Trump.
